🎯 Goal
Score as few points as possible. When your total points reach the elimination score, you're out. The last player still standing wins.
🃏 Card Values
Ace = 1, number cards = face value, face cards (J/Q/K) = 10. Each round, one rank is picked as the Joker — Jokers and that rank are worth 0 points and can replace any card.
🔄 Your Turn
Discard one card (or a group of the same rank) from your hand. If it matches the open card's rank -- or the open card is this round's Joker -- that's it, turn over. Otherwise you'll automatically draw one card from the stock pile as a penalty for not matching. Try to keep your hand's total value as low as possible.
🔥 +2 Chain
Discarding a 2 forces the next player to draw 2 penalty cards — unless they also discard a 2, which stacks the chain higher (+4, +6...). Whoever can't continue it draws the full penalty.
📣 Declaring
Once your hand value is 5 or less, you can declare "Least Count!" If your total really is the lowest at the table, every other player scores their own hand value as penalty points. If you're wrong, you take the penalty instead.
Elimination & Winning
Points carry over every round. Cross the elimination score (chosen before the game, e.g. 100/200) and you're eliminated. Play continues until only one player remains — they win!
